The Russian authorities intend to increase the number of jobs with decent wages. This, as reported by RIA Novosti, said Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Mishustin addressed the forum participants with a video greeting. In it, he, in particular, announced the intention of the authorities to launch a new investment cycle in order to increase the number of jobs with decent wages.

Also, the Prime Minister said that this year the state’s priorities in the field of macroeconomics will remain the preservation of fiscal and debt stability, reasonable amounts of borrowings in the market and maintaining low inflation.

“We still have a lot to do, but special attention will be paid to the restoration of the economy and citizens’ incomes,” he stressed.

On January 6-11, the Super Job service surveyed 1.6 thousand representatives of the economically active population over 18 who have a permanent job, and 500 HR managers for the dynamics of the salary. According to the results of the study, 36% of organizations and enterprises have increased their wages in the last six months. The average wage growth was 8%.
